Ⅰ. Introduction
    The gas exhausting GRP pipe is a combustion proof and static electricity resistant security product up to national standards MT181-88 and JC/T552-94.
1.Main Characteristics
High fire resistance, high static electricity resistance, good corrosion resistance, small friction, high strength, large rigidity, light weight, good abrasion resistance, convenient installment and transportation, long life, etc. In practice it is reliable and safe as an ideal product for gas discharge in coal mine, prolonging life time and saving a big sum of cost.
2.Application
It is used in coal mine for gas exhaust, water drainage, ventilation, guniting, and in other mines for ventilation, water drainage, etc.
3.Sorts and Specifications
Sorts: socket joint type, flange type, pair agglutination type, sleeve type, etc. Specifications: φ25mm-2000mm, length 3m, 4m, 6m, 12m or custom.
4.Type Composition and Significance
Types, specifications, names, diameters, working pressure, annular stress of inner pressure failure, safety coefficient, and so on are designed according to actual conditions of application and environment.
5.In permanent practice it would not inflict any influence on conditions of environment and work. As it is highly combustion proof, static electricity resistant and strong, it doesn’t deform in temperature between 40℃ and -40℃. Meanwhile, it is resistant to acids, alkalines and corrosive gases and has 50 years life time, adapted to coal mine conditions.
