Meaning of Codes of Cooling Tower:
  Classified according to temperature dropping:
  ①Low drop of temperature, designed temperature of water 5℃(low noise is encoded into D,super low noise is encoded into CD);
  ②Middle and high drop of temperature: drop of 10-25℃ is encoded into G.
  Classified according to tower group:①without water plate(the code is L);
  ②shallow water plate(its code is DP);
  ③deep water plate(code is GP). In addition, its effective water depth is 400mm,and deeper depth must be specially required when placing an order.
  FN means square countercurrent of steel structure.
  Numbers in the codes are sizes of the cooling tower, namely the cooling water amount of one tower, the unit of which is m3/h(vertical plane and basic sketch illustrate 2 sets of towers, but in practice more towers in a row or two rows can be arranged.).
Choice and Usage
  The premise of choice is to know the cooling amount Q, ingress temperature t1,egress temperature t2,temperature of air webblubτ,then you can decide specifications of required tower on the basis of the curve of thermodynamci property in the instructions.
  The material of the cooling tower is proof against low temperature of -50℃,but to regions with avarage temperature below -10℃ in the coldedst month, a relative explanation should be made for us to adopt iceproof measures, as a result the price will increase somewhat.
  The turbidity of circulating water should not be larger than 50mg/l and not be larger than 100mg/l in a short time, without oil dirt and mechanical impurities. When it is necessary measures should be adopted to annihilate algae and stabilize water quality.
  Load borne by the foundation of cooling tower is shown in “List of Basic Plate Burial and Loads”。
  Ingress pipe of cooling tower can be revolved into angles of 90°, 180°, and 270°.
  The water arranging system is designed according to nominal water amount. If the practical water amount is beyond the ±15% tolerance of nominal water amount, it should be described in your order for us to modify the design.
  The temperature of ingress water should be lower than. If it is above 60℃, you should declare it in your order.
  Adjustable angle of blades of the blower, but it should be sure that the angles are uniform and electric current is smaller than the rated current.
  The blower can turn reversely for a short time to eliminate ice.
  If the water tray of the cooling tower is used as a cistern, automatic water inlet, urgent water inlet, sewage pipe and overflowing pipe should be installed. These are not included in the price of cooling tower and should be applied specially.
  The pieces of cooling tower shouldn't be loaded with weights, exposed to intense sunshine or suffer fire. During installation, conveyance and maintenance, open fire such as electric or gas welding and firecrackers or fireworks should be forbidden. If you have combustion proof requirement, you should advance it in your order.
  The operative weight of the tower is calculated on the postulation that filling water film is 0.5mm thick,without considering the weight after it gets crusted or attached with other extraneous matters. If the water quality is inferior, it is suggested that wet weight is increased. The foundation load is calculated according to the weight including crust.
