Hebei Dayou GRP Group Co., Ltd. is situated in Hebei GRP Technical Garden, integrating research, design, development, production and sales. Our GRP products have formed scale production and enjoy high prestige in such fields as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, city planning, electricity and water conservation. It is the leading enterprise in the GRP production base of Zaoqiang County, Hebei Province.

Ⅰ. Advanced equipment. We have 6 internationally advanced large scale cybernated GRP winding flowlines, producing GRP winding pipes and GRP&sand winding pipes of φ50-200×6000mm and φ250-3200×12000mm，storage and conveyance tanks of φ4000× 12,000mm. Larger storage tanks can be wound at the scene. With 6 jet machines and 3 RTM and manual crafts, we can produce GRP countercurrent and crosscurrent cooling tower, centrifugal blower, axial blower, and roof blower. With 6 advanced die stamping equipment we can produce SMC water tank, air conditioning equipment and corrosion proof equipment.
Ⅱ. Perfect detection measures. To ensure product quality, the company purchased advanced detection instruments along with advanced production equipment. On the basis of a complete laboratory we added versatile material testing machine, stamping testing machine, rigidity testing machine, flaw detector, mobile and static equilibrium tesing machine, wind amount tesing instrument, etc. These detection instruments provide a solid basis for the quality of the GRP products.
Ⅲ. Solid technical backup. With a project to combine production, study and research, we have established permanent cooperations with 28 organizations such as 2nd Nuclear Industry Institute, Qinghua University, Beijing Aerospace&Aeronautics University, Wuhan Industry University, Tongji University, Shanghai Communications Unversity, EastChina Technical University, Hebei University, Beijing GRP Institute, Harbin GRP Institute, Shanghai GRP Institute, Tianjin Petro-chemistry Institute, Beijing Petro-chemistry Institute, Sinopec, 4thResearch Institute of Mechanical Industry Ministry, etc. Together with these allies, we have developed interflow blower, roof blower, centrifugal blower, axial blower, 4000 type cooling tower, corrosion proof and abrasion proof GRP pipes, miscellaneous fiber centrifugal extractor, etc. These high-tech new products have great marketing prospect, enjoying customers' favorable appraisal.
