Anticorrosion Lining |
| 一、 Epoxy, furan, polyester and metlbond linings |
| They are all formed by manual pasting, adopting different raw materials according to temperature and pressure of medium. Features: strong adhesion, low cost, simple technics, good anticorrosion performance, even color, antiaging, antiabrasion, etc.. Apply epoxy resin as base paint before using them on metal or cement surface to make the agglutination firm. Physical properties: pressure resistance 3000kg/cm 2 ; drawing resistance 650 kg/cm 2 ; bending resistance 1050 kg/cm 2 ; punch resistance kg/cm 2 . The linings are used in medicine making, power plant, communication, metallurgy, ship making for anticorrosion and leak mending.

| 二、 Rubber Lining |
| It is used as upper lining of metal equipment, forming a vapor sulfurized rubber lining to separate medium and metal surface, proof against nonoxidizing strong acids, organic acids, alkali solution or salt solution. Physical properties: tensile strength 240 - 300 kg/cm 2 , relative elongation 550 %- 650 % , eternal deformation 20 %- 30 % . 36 % hydrochloric acid in 80 ℃ makes no harm for a long time. Its largest advantage is that it overcomes the defect of deficiency of deformation with metal inner stress, not peeling. It is necessary in chemical industry, medicine making, nonferrous metallurgy, food processing, etc. |
| Resin cement paving blocks and pointing |
| It means paving ceramic tiles, plates, pottery plates, cast plates and marbles with resin cement on the basis of cement mortar concrete or metal. The concrete technics are firstly daubing expoxy resin the base, wait it drying, then paving with resins. Vinyl ester resin, xylene resin, bisphenol A type unsaturated resin, FS - 90 furan resin, etc. are used for paving and pointing of acid proof plate, granite and other block materials. Features: resistance to high temperature, acids, and alkali, strong adhesion, suiting multiplayer paving. Usage: chemical industry, medicine making, metallurgy, etc.. |
